Xbox Game Pass Coming In June

by Matthew Kato on May 24, 2017 at 10:06 AM

Microsoft has announced that its Xbox Game Pass subscription on Xbox One for older Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles goes live to the public on June 1.

Today, Xbox Live Gold members can start a 14-day trial period early (a Gold-level membership is not required for the service, only for titles' multiplayer modes). The monthly service costs $9.99, with titles rotating in and out.

For more on the service, including its list of initial titles – including the BioShock series, Mad Max, the Gears of War franchise, numerous indies, and more – click the source link below.

Our Take
The fact that it's not streaming is a huge advantage over Sony's PS Now. It's also worth noting that Microsoft previously said the service was also coming for Windows 10, but the company quickly revised this just to Xbox One.
