Devolver Digital To Have First Ever E3 Press Conference
Devolver Digital will be having its first ever E3 press conference this year, the publisher announced through social media channels today.
No date or time has been revealed yet, but expect plenty of announcements about ongoing and future projects.
In past years at E3, Devolver has been best known to host an event called the Indie Picnic, in a parking lot across from the LA Convention Center’s South Hall and next door to Hooters. This event will occur again this year, and is separate from Devolver's announced E3 briefing.

The Indie Picnic is open to all E3 badge holders, and will be a continuous event through all of E3 (June 13-15), from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. Attendees can check out Devolver's line-up of games. This will also be where the Indie MEGABOOTH, X-Split, and Gambitious take place.

Our Take
This is an unexpected announcement, considering Devolver is known to host its "anti-booth" E3 event every year in a parking lot outside of the convention center. Hosting an E3 press conference is a pricey endeavor, but hopefully this publisher, known mostly to publish indie games, has some interesting announcements in store.
