Play The First Hour Of Prey In Upcoming Demo

Prey developer Arkane Studios and Bethesda have announced a console demo for the game (PS4, Xbox One) in advance of Prey's May 5 release (also on PC).

On April 27, potential buyers can play the game's first hour as Morgan Yu investigates the Talos I space station and encounters the Typhon aliens therein.

Our Take
Although this Prey takes the name of the unrelated 2006 title, it's smart of Bethesda and Arkane to do this since this Prey is essentially a new franchise. I don't know what kind of powers you can access in the first hour, but it's one thing to see a bunch of videos of them in action and another to let players unleash them as they see fit.
