Destiny 2 CG Teaser Sets The Table For "Full Reveal" Later This Week
Following yesterday's official reveal of Destiny 2's logo, Bungie has released a CG trailer feature Cayde-6 (voiced by Nathan Fillion), one of the most popular characters from the series. In the teaser, it appears as though The Last City has been obliterated, and the battle has been brought to humanity's doorstep. The familiar Cabal enemies seem to be center stage in the conflict.
Regardless of the dark themes, the trailer takes a lighthearted approach, which could hint that the storytelling in Destiny 2 will take a similar approach. It could also just be that way because the witty Cayde-6 is the center of attention.

Destiny 2 launches later this year. Bungie is set to reveal the game on Thursday at 10 a.m. PST.

I'd always rather see gameplay footage than a CG trailer, but it's good to know that we'll be getting more information quite soon. Hopefully this "full reveal" gives us some significant information.
