Brian Shea (@BrianPShea) – I’m getting back to Pokémon SoulSilver this weekend, but I think this might be the weekend I finally play Dishonored. I missed it when it first came out, so now I’m going to try to get through the Definitive Edition.
Javy Gwaltney (@HurdyIV) – Pretty laid back plans this weekend. Playing board games with my roommate and pals, diving back into Titanfall 2, and writing some side projects. Also: beer.
Matthew Kato (@MattKato) – I’ve got Star Wars fever, so it’s back to Star Wars Battlefront…I’m by no means a good online shooter guy, but I just love the Star Wars-ness of the game, so I’ll happily anchor the bottom third of the leaderboard. I do want to practice my starfighter skills, so that’ll be a component of my playtime in the game this weekend. I also want to play some more NHL 17 – I’m well aware of its flaws, but there’s just something about playing a hockey video game during hockey season that is almost irresistible. I go in these spurts where I’ll play the game for three of four days, get fed up with it and put it down for a week, and then eagerly come back to it again.
Ben Hanson (@yozetty) – This weekend I’m hoping to finally play Hitman. I’ve been putting off that controversial game for a long time, and it seems like a good time to dive in. Other than that, I’ve been playing through Super Mario World. I’ve never finished it, so it’ll be nice to check that one off my giant pile of shame. Next up: Call my mother more often. Jeff Marchiafava (@GIJeffM) – I spent the entire holiday break playing Stardew Valley, and have no plans of stopping anytime soon. I’m just about wrapping up my first winter in the game, and I’ve got most of my tools upgraded to gold, so I’m itching for spring to finally get here. Come to think of it, I’m also ready for spring to get to Minnesota, though only one of those has a chance of actually happening this weekend.
Kyle Hilliard (@KyleMHilliard) – “I will finish Final Fantasy XV this weekend,” is a lie I have been telling myself all week, but I really want to try. I have spent a lot of time in the game and am leveled to a point where I could apparently beat it, but am only on chapter nine. I’ve been going on a lot of hunts. Otherwise, I have a cousin in town who will be sleeping on my guest bed in the middle of an extended road trip, and I will be ice skating on Sunday. Maybe I will see that movie A Monster Calls. It looks interesting.
