Watch Shigeru Miyamoto Play The Super Mario Bros. Theme With The Roots

President of Nintendo of America Reggie Fils-Aimé appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night to show off Super Mario Run on iPhone, as well as give Fallon a sneak peak at the upcoming Nintendo Switch. During the presentation, Fils-Aimé revealed that legendary designer Shigeru Miyamoto was in the audience watching him play. Later, Miyamoto picked up a guitar and joined Fallon's house band, The Roots, to perform a cover of Koji Kondo's famous theme for Super Mario Bros.
