Forza Horizon 3's Blizzard Mountain Expansion To Feature New Location, New Cars
Forza Horizon 3's upcoming expansion will be taking players to a wintry driving wonderland.
Blizzard Mountain, due out Dec. 13, features a new campaign set in alpine mountains as well as eight new vehicles (including a new barn find) and new mountain-specific racing events. Players will also be able to rack up another 500 points worth of Gamerscore in the DLC (the full list of new achievements can be found here). The new mountain area includes an extreme sports snow park and frozen lake for players to test their winter driving skills on.
The new vehicles are built for snowy conditions and include:
- 2016 Ford GYMKHANA 9 Focus RS RX
- 1965 Ford F-100 Flareside Abatti Racing Trophy Truck
- 1975 Lancia Stratos HF Group 4
- 1985 Lancia Delta S4 Group B
- 2016 Nissan Titan Warrior Concept
- 2016 RJ Anderson #37 Polaris RZR-Rockstar Energy Pro 2 Truck
- 2016 Subaru #199 WRX STI VT15r Rally Car
While Turn10 did not list a standalone price for the Blizzard Mountain expansion, it is included in the Forza Horizon 3 season pass, which covers two expansions. Players who purchased the Ultimate Edition can pick up Blizzard Mountain at a $10 discount before the end of the year.
