Zelda Fans Discover A Strange New Way To Defeat Windwaker Boss
Kalle Demos, a boss in Legend of Zelda: Windwaker that lurks in the Forbidden Woods, can normally be defeated with a mix of Link's sword and boomerang. A couple of Zelda fans, however, have discovered an entirely new and weird way to defeat this corrupted plant.
YouTuber Fish_waffle64 found out that Forest Water, a quest item that Link uses to heal withered forest trees, works well to quickly defeat this enemy. It's a neat shortcut, and it's fascinating to see this lesser known tactic come to light more than a decade after Windwaker's release.
