Bloodstained Developer Partners With Publisher 505 Games

Koji Igarashi's company IGA has found a publisher for their Kickstarter project Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. 505 Games will help fund the release of the game as well as marketing for the title. Their published titles list is fairly impressive already with such titles as Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, Abzû, and River City Ransom among others.

The "Igavania" style game was successfully backed in May last year, then delayed in September until sometime is 2018. You'll find the trailer announcing the partnership as well as some behind the scenes development footage below.

Our Take
The search for a publisher was briefly mentioned in the first Kickstarter video, so it's good to see that they found one. News like this right after announcing a delay gives me a more positive outlook on the state of the game's development.
