Nintendo Is Ending Support For Splatoon Splatfests
Splatoon surprised us with its charm when it released last year, and continued to deliver with a number of free updates. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and one of the game’s most enjoyable events is wrapping up.
Splatfests, Splatoon’s live events that challenge the community to pick one of two sides and fight to support their choice, are coming to an end. The 15th Splatfest will be the last.
This time out, players are being asked to choose between the two squid sisters. Are you Team Callie or Team Marie? Ponder your options and make your decision starting July 4. Then, from July 22 through July 24, take the fight to the arena to settle this once and for all.
