e3 2016

To kick off its 2016 E3 press conference, EA and Respawn showed off the first footage of the game's multiplayer. This reveal follows the single-player leak earlier today.

According to Respawn's Vince Zampella, Titanfall 2 adds six new Titans, expanded pilot gameplay, and a deep progression system – something many criticized the first game for lacking. The trailer showed off new weapons as well, like a gravity grenade, an anti-air laser, and a grappling hook with which pilots can grab other airborne pilots.

Respawn will be hosting a multiplayer technical test ahead of the game's launch. To register for that, players can go to Titanfall.com for more information.

Titanfall is set to launch on October 28 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
