Did You Know Gaming Blasts Off Into Space With Super Mario Galaxy

by Elise Favis on May 29, 2016 at 08:40 AM

Did You Know Gaming's newest episode explores the galactic platformer series Super Mario Galaxy.

Both Super Mario Galaxy games were incredibly popular, due to their creative level designs and the series' fun mechanics around gravitational pulls. However, the sequel was also the most pirated game in the world for two consecutive years, averaging one million downloads in both years. Yet, it still managed to become one of the Wii's bestselling games.

Another noteworthy bit of trivia from Did You Know Gaming includes that Rosalina, known as Rosetta in Japan, was originally designed to be similar in appearance to Peach, as well as a relative. Watch the video below to find out more.
