Star Wars: Episode VIII Filming Teased In New Shot
Filming for Star Wars: Episode VIII is in full swing, and it would appear Lupita Nyong'o (who plays Maz Kanata) is working was recently working on a CGI-heavy shot. The image was posted on Tumblr by Episode VIII's director Rian Johnson.
The openness of the set makes it look like this shot involves a degree of movement for Maz. It would also appear Nyong'o is rigged with gear that allows her to see Maz's facial movements as she performs her scene.
Disney also released a new Force for Change video that gives us a good look at Mark Hamill's acting from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
