by Joe Buchholz on Mar 22, 2016 at 07:50 AM

The year-long celebration of Pokémon's 20th anniversary continues with a partnership between The Pokémon Company International and British artist Quentin Devine. Unveiled in Paris today, Devine has crafted a massive Pikachu card that is the world's largest trading card mosaic at the time of this writing.

Devine assembled the world-record holding mosaic by arranging 12,987 Pokémon cards. The hulking card measures out to be about 10.9 yards tall by 7.7 yards wide, totaling at roughly 770 square feet. The original Pikachu image depicted in the mosaic was created by Pokémon illustrator Ken Sugimori.
