New Lego Dimensions Expansion Sets Available Now
The Justice League is now fully assembled in Lego Dimensions. Fun Packs containing Superman and Aquaman are released today alongside a Midway Level Pack and a Ghostbusters Fun Pack containing the first-ever Lego build of Stay Puft.
The Superman set comes with a Hover Pod that looks like it could be the vessel that carried him to Earth from Krypton. Aquaman doesn't need the help of a submarine to get around in the comics, but in Dimensions he comes with an Aqua Watercraft. Stay Puft is joined by a Terror Dog, again, a first-time appearance in Lego form. The Midway set is packaged with a car from the video game Spy Hunter, a Defender arcade cabinet, and a generic "Gamer Kid" minifig.
Warner Bros. Interactive isn't finished supporting Lego Dimensions just yet. Another Ghostbusters set containing Slimer is expected to ship this summer. In Game Informer's review of Lego Dimensions' launch sets, I said this toys-to-life experience delivered "big thrills and fun playability both in the game and on your living-room floor."
