The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is out on Wii U today, giving players a chance to revisit the now-classic game with improved visuals. Google and Nintendo are teaming up to mark the game's release with a silly little nod to the franchise in Google Maps.

Log into the browser version of Google Maps for the next few days, and you'll see that the usual Street View pushpin guy has been replaced with our little hero in a green tunic. You can grab him with your mouse and swing him around, too, if you're some kind of sadistic weirdo. That's about all we've found, which is probably for the best. We can only imagine the number of crashes that would occur if Google suddenly jammed dodongos and tektites into directions to the nearest gas station.

If you're on the fence about whether to dip back into Twilight Princess, take a look at Kyle's thoughts on the subject.
