Uncharted 4 Stress Test Runs This Weekend, Download The Client Now

Naughty Dog is asking for some of your time this weekend. The studio is putting the Uncharted 4 multiplayer servers through their paces in an open beta.

Servers will go live on Friday, March 4. You’ve got until Sunday, March 6 to play three different maps.

There will be a variety of modes in the final game, but Team Deathmatch is the only one available during the stress test. Uncharted 4 will be out for PlayStation 4 on April 26.

Our Take
With online games regularly falling apart on day one, stress testing the servers seems like a pretty good idea. While Uncharted’s multiplayer certainly hasn’t been the main attraction in past installments, a smooth launch means players will be talking about the game itself and not technical snafus.
