Figma Figures Make Virtua Fighters A Bit Less Virtual
The original Virtua Fighter characters are laughable by today's standards, but there's something endearing about their blocky bodies. We're clearly not alone, as toy manufacturer Figma is bringing two of the game's fighters to shelves.
Akira and Sarah will be available this September, though we'll have to wait on further details, such as price. Akira has a regrettable case of victory face; perhaps the characters will come with alternate heads, like some of their previously released toys,
Figma is on a roll lately. In addition to these guys, the company recently announced that it was releasing a Link figure based on A Link Between Worlds.
