Bungie Offers Up Prizes In Destiny Sparrow Racing League Film Festival Contest
You don’t need to be the fastest Sparrow racer to win Bungie’s latest contest. You just need to edit some video.
Destiny’s Sparrow Racing League is in full swing, and Bungie is giving away a variety of prizes, including one of the sweet embossed The Taken King PlayStation 4 consoles. In order to win, you have to compete, though. There are three categories for which you can create submissions.
The Rubbin’s Racin’ category asks players to cut together scrapes and bumps into an exciting vehicular battle montage. Barrel Roll Call demands your trickiest tricks and flippiest flips.
Finally, Sweet Rides is where you can flex your comedic muscles. Put together a parody car commercial for your favorite Sparrow. Oh, and if you are going to pull a Matthew McConaughey-in-a-Lincoln jam, it had better be special. That’s weak sauce.
In order to enter, upload your video to your own YouTube channel and the submit it (only once) to the Bungie Creations page. You’ve got until the end of the day (Pacific time zone) on December 21. Winners will be announced in the December 24 Weekly Update.
Bungie is only awarding one of those The Taken King PlayStation 4 consoles, but each category will see the following prizes:
- Sparrow 3D model
- SRL PS4 Controller Skin
- SRL T-shirt
- Collector’s Edition Strange Coin
- Destiny Poster signed by the SRL Dev Team
- MOTW Emblem
Additionally, there will be three honorable mentions in each category. Those lucky racers will get a Movie of the Week emblem.
