Tickets Still Available For This Weekend’s GaymerX

by Mike Futter on Dec 10, 2015 at 06:52 AM

GaymerX returns this weekend as GX3: Everyone Games, and tickets are still available. The LGBTQ-focused gaming convention takes place in San Jose from December 11 through December 13.

The event started after a successful Kickstarter in 2012 that brought in $90,000 against a $25,000 goal. Founder Matt Conn says that 2,150 people attended last year, with up to 2,500 expected this year.

Panels include Dragon Age writer David Gaider, Indie guru Dan Adelman (formerly of Nintendo), Kill Screen founder Jamin Warren, and voice actors Jennifer Hale (Mass Effect), Sarah Elmaleh (Gone Home), and Adam Harrington (L.A. Noire).

Topics include diversity in games, voice acting, nerd-focused music, developing games in a competitive marketplace, game journalism, and more. There are also game rooms available for both digital and tabletop games.

Three-day badges are still available for $79.95. One-day badges for Friday and Sunday are also still available for $29.95 per day. Tickets are available on the official website and at the door.

GX3 is taking place at the San Jose Convention Center. For the complete schedule, visit the GaymerX website.
