Lichdom: Battlemage Coming To Console In March

by Jeff Cork on Dec 08, 2015 at 03:22 AM

Lichdom: Battlemage has a new release date on console. Maximum Games says the first-person spellcasting game is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in March.  Specifically, it's hitting on March 22 worldwide.

The game came to PC in August, where its blend of action and loot earned it decent scores, including from our own Dan Tack. According to the dates featured at the end of several trailers on the game's official site, the console release was originally set for this holiday, before it slipped to January. With any luck, this March date will stick.

Our Take
I like the idea of an action-focused, spell-based RPG, and I'm curious to see how Lichdom: Battlemage plays. I missed it on PC, and hopefully I will have caught up with my ever-expanding backlog by the time March rolls around.
