How and when we will be streaming PlayStation 4 games to Windows and Macs is still a questions, but Sony's president of worldwide studios Shuhei Yoshida confirmed it is happening.

Yoshida confirmed the ambiguous plans on Thanksgiving day with the tweet above saying an application is currently being worked on. Remote play currently works on Vita and PlayStation TV to stream most PlayStation 4 games.

Our Take
This is very exciting, except for one very important hurdle – I have never, ever been able to get Remote Play to work properly, and I have tried valiantly. Tweaking wifi settings, sitting two feet from my PlayStation 4 with my Vita in my hand – nothing has ever worked for me. And as someone who wants dearly to be able to play mature-rated PlayStation 4 games on my Vita while my daughter watches Bubble Guppies on TV, it can be frustrating. I love the idea of streaming PlayStation 4 games to my Mac, but I won't be getting excited until I see it working properly right in front of me.
