It’s not even Thanksgiving yet, but Rocket League developer Psyonix is already bringing the winter holiday cheer in a newly announced event. Players can expect to get a few slapshots in with the “Winter Games” event and “Snow Day" Mutator.

As part of the free event, Psyonix is replacing the mutator mashup playlist (which triggered random gameplay twists like low gravity, altering the shape of the ball into a cube) with the hockey-inspired Mutator Mode, which lets players battle for control of an oversized puck on an iced-over field. Players are also getting seven new holiday-themed garage items, including Santa hats, present box stream trails, and deer antlers. Items can be acquired permanently after wins or losses, but players will only be able to collect them from the event’s start date of December 14 to January 4 when it ends. Check out the screens below for a better look.

In a twist of moods, Psyonix also recently announced the post-apocalyptic “Chaos Run” pack for $3.99, available December 1. Check out the Mad Max-inspired trailer here.
