Stephen Colbert And Liam Neeson In… Candy Crush: The Movie

Unabashed geek Stephen Colbert took some time on last night’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to talk about Activision’s big King purchase. The publisher snapped up the Candy Crush maker for $5.9 billion last week.

The company also announced its getting into the movie and television business. While we might not ever see these two elements come together on the big screen, that hasn’t stopped the late night comedian from enlisting actor Liam Neeson for some fun.

I do hope that we get to see Colbert’s take on Angry Birds and Flappy Bird at some point. Liam Neeson delivering his famous Taken monologue as a Red Bird to a pig just feels… right.
