When Rebellion announced it had picked up Atari's Battlezone, older gamers (like me) smiled broadly. Today we get our first look at the blocky throwback to 80s gaming, with the VR remake of the 1980 arcade classic.
Battlezone looks exactly like you would expect to, though the images are sharper and the colors brighter. It’s coming to PlayStation VR so we can blow up our friends in an intimate way.
Sony also announced an Until Dawn VR rail shooter, Tekken 7 for PlayStation VR, Crytek's Robinson: The Journey, and gave us a new look at its "sport of the future," the mech-powered RIGS.
