Call Of Duty: AW's Descent DLC Brings Exo-Zombies Mode Underwater

Activision and developer Sledgehammer Games have revealed a trailer for the fourth and final entry in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's Exo Zombies tale. As part of the Descent DLC, Bruce Campbell, Bill Paxton, and the rest of the exo-suited survivors battle hordes of technologically enhanced undead in an underwater facility.

The trailer shows off the stars as they hunt down their former comrade, a powerful zombie leader named Oz (John Malkovich). The video shows zombies dashing so fast they become a blur, laser crossbows, and a hulking boss fight with Oz. The Descent DLC hits 360 and Xbox One August 4, with other systems coming later.

Exo-zombies isn't the only upcoming, star-studded zombie mode in the Call of Duty franchise. Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops III also promises some zaniness with its mobster-infused Shadows of Evil mode.
