Original Story: A new Ghostbusters film is slated to hit movie theaters on July 22, 2016. Filming is currently underway, and the movie's director, Paul Feig, is giving us our first look at the film through teaser images released on his Twitter page.

The film stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, and Kate McKinnon, an ensemble that makes up an all-female Ghostbusters cast. Series star Dan Aykroyd told CBR that this new film builds off of the previous two films. "It refers to the first two in a really neat, classy way, but this is all going to introduce them to a whole new generation of girls that are going to want to be Ghostbusters," he said. "We always needed them."

The images above and below were posted on consecutive days by Paul Feig. Will he post another today? Keep an eye on his Twitter feed for that chance.
