Fallout 4 Features Scrapping, Building, Crafting, Customization

Another big Fallout 4 feature announced at Bethesda's E3 2015 press conference this evening: The ability to craft your very own base of operations, or just about anything else you would like to, including power networks, houses, settlements, turrets, and various types of shelter.

You can scrap all kinds of materials you find in the world to create powerful structures that can be used to protect you from raiders. These areas are optional, but for players who want to get into them it provides an interesting outlet for creativity and additional goodies.

These scrap components can also be used to build all kinds of other useful items, like scopes. Fallout 4 features over 50 base weapons and 700 modifications to those weapons, so there's a lot going on here with crafting and customization.
