PSA: Steam Summer Sale Is Underway With Minigame In Tow
This year's Steam Summer Sale features something new: its own game. We've collected badges before, and sure we all have plenty of incomplete trading card sets. This time, people need to play to access deeper discounts.
The Monster Summer Game requires little to no skill. Just pick one of three lanes, click on monsters, buy upgrades with gold, and continue to do damage even while away from the game. There are a number of milestones set up for the community to unlock as a team.
Each new day (10 a.m. Pacific / 1 p.m. Eastern), any discounts unlocked during the previous day become available for purchase. Remember when all we had to do was vote on community choice sales?
The Steam Summer Sale will run through June 21. Check back every 12 hours for new flash sales and each day for daily offers.
