Gunfire Games Shows Off Chronos For Oculus

David Adams of Gunfire Games took the stage during today's Oculus E3 press conference to show off its new VR experience. Chronos is a fantasy game that takes place over the course of the main character's life.

Chronos is an atmospheric RPG that sees the player character exploring the depths of a dangerous and challenging labyrinth. Each time the character fails, he is kicked out of the labyrinth and denied access for a full year. When he returns, he has aged a year, and with that, his attributes have changed. For instance, when he's younger, the character is more nimble, but as he grows older, he becomes tougher.

Through the game, the character will explore old ruins, vast caverns, and ancient tombs to find the secrets within the world. Chronos is set to hit Oculus Rift headsets next year.
