[Update] Bungie Confirms High Moon Studios Working On Destiny

by Bryan Vore on May 28, 2015 at 12:05 PM

Update: Bungie has confirmed that High Moon is (and has been) working on Destiny. The developer confirmed the news as part of its weekly update.

"Bungie would like to give an official shout-out to the fine men and women at High Moon Studios," writes Bungie community manager David "Deej" Dague. "For a while now, we’ve kept our love secret, but it has become known that they’re working with us. Please join us in welcoming them to the party!"

Original Story:

If an official job posting on Activision and High Moon Studios site is to be believed, the developer is helping out on Bungie's Destiny.

Spotted by NeoGAF user crimsonheadGCN, the post for a Mission Designer clearly spells out that High Moon (Transformers: War for Cybertron, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron) is looking for someone to work on Destiny.

"We need to add world class talent as we partner with Bungie to support work on their ground breaking Destiny Franchise," reads one line.

One of the requirements is that the applicant must be "passionately familiar with the Destiny franchise."

We've reached out to Bungie and Activision for confirmation and will update the story when we hear back.
