Dragon Age: Inquisition DLC Is Now Cross-Buy In The Same Console Family
BioWare is addressing a subset of its audience that might be considering both a console upgrade and a double-dip on its latest title. For those individuals, the studio and publisher EA have made the DLC cross-buy.
If you decide to purchase Jaws of Hakkon on Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, you'll also be getting it on Xbox One or PlayStation 4. This only works within the same console family.
So, if you decide to upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One or PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4, your DLC won't need to be repurchased. You will, of course, need to get a new copy of the core game.

Our Take
This is solid move and probably won't cost EA much in the long run. What it loses in revenue, it gains in good will from the gesture. This is for the diehards, who will no doubt return to Thedas after they upgrade.
