Weekend Warrior 05/08/2015

by Ben Reeves on May 08, 2015 at 02:00 PM

There aren't a lot of big name releases this week, so most of us are just cleaning up our backlogs and prepping for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. What are you doing this weekend? Don't forget to give your mother a hug.

Brian Shea (@BrianPShea) – I just bought Destiny on PS4, so I’ll be playing a lot of that to get ready for House of Wolves’ launch. I’ll also be continuing my Road to the Show character in MLB 15: The Show, and maybe finally starting Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China.

Joe Juba (@Joejuba) – I recently started playing Final Fantasy XIV again after putting it down back in 2013. I'm hoping to get up-to-date by the time the Heavensward expansion hits, so I'll be spending part of my weekend doing dungeons, completing hunts, and listening to that Chocobo music.

Ben Reeves (@BenjaminReeves) – I have to work on Saturday because Kyle is moving or something crazy, and then Sunday is Mother's Day, so I'll probably call my mom and sing here a song. After that I hope to play some more Mario Kart 8 and Grim Fandango.

Ben Hanson (@Yozetty) – This weekend I'm going to play some more Project Cars with a racing wheel in my living room like a total dork. I also hope to finish off the second act of Broken Age. I believe that tonight will be devoted to four-player Mario Kart 8 and possibly NHL: Rock the Rink on PS1. Have a good weekend!

Tim Turi (@timturi) – This weekend I’m hoping to finish up Broken Age and possibly dive back into my new game-plus playthrough of Bloodborne.

Jeff Marchiafava (@GIJeffM) – After taking a couple weeks off, I’ll be diving back into Bloodborne this week. The last time I played I opened up some shortcuts in Old Cathedral, so I’m looking forward to seeing where things lead next. I’ll also probably play a little more Car Mechanic Simulator 2015, because I’m weird.

Michael Futter (@Futterish) – I’ll be grinding in Bloodborne so I can hopefully survive Yahar’gul Unseen Village. After that, I want to get started on The Witcher, because I am in no way ready for The Witcher 3 (and it looks so darn good).
