Two Free DLC Add-Ons Coming Next Week To Dragon Age: Inquisition

by Mike Futter on May 01, 2015 at 07:30 AM

Now that we know when the Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon DLC is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, it’s time to turn our ambitions elsewhere. BioWare has announced two upcoming DLC add-ons that are arriving very soon.

Those who played Dragon Age II will likely remember the Black Emporium and its strange curios. You’ll be able to visit that wondrous shop once more. And, if you’re anxious to change your appearance, the Mirror of Transformation remains in place in Xenon’s collection.

This DLC also comes with two seats upon which you may place your posterior in Skyhold. If you’ve played Dragon Age: Origins with your Origin account, you’ll get the Legacy Ferelden throne. If you’ve done the same with Dragon Age II, you’ll unlock the Legacy Kirkwall throne.

Also on the way is the Dragonslayer multiplayer DLC. As you might have guessed, this add-on will allow you to take on giant drakes… if you craft the Dragon’s Call.

Three new characters are being added with this DLC pack. An Avvar warrior named Skywatcher and Zither the Virtuoso join the fight. Oh, and if you’re wondering that image above is who you think it is, you’ll be happy to know that Isabela is making her return.

Both DLC packs will be out on May 5, at no charge. All platforms (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC) will have access at the same time. The Jaws of Hakkon paid DLC ($14.99) will be out for PS4, PS3, and Xbox 360 on May 26.
