Dragon Ball Xenoverse Has Shipped 1.5 Million Units

Dragon Ball Xenoverse launched on February 24 (here's our review). Since then, the popularity of the game in North America and beyond has resulted in 1.5 million units shipping worldwide.  

Bandai Namco announced the milestone today, and producer Masayuki Hirano thanked fans for their support.

Our Take
Even though "shipped" units are different from "sold" units, those are still some impressive numbers for the latest Dragon Ball title. I can't say that I'm a fan myself, but it's clear that the community digs what Xenoverse brings to the series.
