Netflix's new trailer for Daredevil released today, giving fans a peek into the darker theme of the show. In the trailer, we get insight into Matt Burdock's childhood, his difficulties with being blind, and his transformation into becoming a superhero with extraordinary senses. One character notes in the trailer, "you're blind, but you see so much."
Daredevil stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, the crime-fighter by night and blind lawyer by day. Since Netflix struck a deal with Marvel Television in November, they have been busy creating live-action Marvel projects. Plans for future shows will star characters like Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Lukas Cage. A Defenders mini-series is also on the way.
