PSA: Syndicate Is 'On The House' From EA Origin
EA has switched up its On The House title, bringing back a gem from 1993. If you saw the headline and were afraid this was the more recent first-person shooter incarnation of Syndicate, you can rest easy.
Syndicate was developed by Bullfrog Productions and produced by Peter Molyneux. That studio is also responsible for the Dungeon Keeper series, another that is well worth your time.
Players command a team of four agents who are assigned a variety of missions, including assassinations, rescue operations, and wiping out teams of enemies. There’s also a management aspect, as players need to use captured territory for funding.
