Dragon Age: Inquisition Updated, Party Storage Now Available

by Mike Futter on Mar 03, 2015 at 03:24 AM

If you load up Dragon Age: Inquisition today, you’ll find some tweaks and fixes. Patch 5 (version 1.06) is available now, and it also includes something players have been asking for since launch.

The biggest addition in the latest update is the inclusion of party storage. You can dump your extra gear in the Undercroft in Skyhold.

Patch 5 also gives players the option to change the size of subtitles, fixes AI party members from overshooting targets with the charging bull ability, and mends a number of exploits, crashes, and audio bugs. The PC update includes a toggle for mouse look. It's still in development, and will improve in later patches.

You can read the full patch notes on BioWare’s website. For more on Dragon Age: Inquisition, check out our review.

Our Take
It’s odd to me that party storage wasn’t included to begin with, especially after Dragon Age: Origins. In that title, players needed to have the Warden’s Keep DLC in order to store their goods. In Inquisition, you’ve got an entire political movement and army at your disposal, surely you can get someone to watch your stuff.
