Square Enix Is Bringing Dragon Quest Heroes To PlayStation 4 In The West
Last year, Koei Tecmo and Omega Force teamed up with Nintendo to create Hyrule Warriors. The mashup combined The Legend of Zelda’s lore with Dynasty Warriors gameplay.
Today, Square Enix has announced a new Musou mashup. Dragon Quest Heroes will be arriving this year in the west on PlayStation 4.
Dragon Quest series creator Yuji Horii and series composer Koichi Sugiyama are attached to the project. The title will be released later this year. The title was first announced during Square Enix's pre-TGS conference alongside a special edition Slime-covered console.

I’ve long been a fan of the Musou style of games, and thought it’s been a while since I’ve played a Dragon Quest game, I’m excited. Ever since the NES days, I’ve had a soft spot for slimes.
