New DLC For The Crew Adds Cars, Customizations, And A Game Mode
Ubisoft has released the newest live update for The Crew, along with a DLC car pack.
The Speed Live Update, which is free for everyone, introduces the new Eliminator PvP game mode to online play. Playable with two to eight players, Eliminator follows the same basic knockout format racing game fans are already probably familiar with, but with the addition of lives. When the timer hits zero, the last place player loses a life.
The live update also adds in new faction missions, including a time trial, drag race, and a race set on a small, icy racetrack with almost no grip. Coming along with the missions is new tuning specs for six cars, new matte body colors, and urban stickers.
The Speed Car Pack features a trio of new cars – the Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe Black Series, and the Alfa Romeo 4C – and DLC exclusive performance and aesthetic options. Like the previous Extreme Car Pack, each car from the pack can be bought separately.
