343 Industries is getting ready to roll out more updates for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. The first of these will arrive tomorrow, January 8.
The inaugural update of the new year will see the addition of more achievements to Spartan Ops. Multiplayer will also see a few more.
Next week, the developer plans to implement user interface changes. Timing and content details for next week's update will come closer to release.

New achievements are the kind of post-launch updates we expect to see for major releases. Unfortunately, it seems that the core experience for The Master Chief Collection still isn’t quite up to expectations. Hopefully, the results of the Halo 5 beta test lead to a release that isn’t so troubled.
