Theatrhythm Dragon Quest On The Way To 3DS In Japan
The Theatrhythm franchise is branching out beyond Final Fantasy to another beloved (in Japan) Square Enix franchise – Dragon Quest.
You can check out the first trailer for the game below which borrows both art style and mechanics (with some tweaks) from Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, but uses Dragon Quest characters and music.
The game will be available in Japan starting March 26.

Our Take
Frankly, I am not very optimistic about this game making its way to North America, which is unfortunate for Dragon Quest fans. Compared to localizing a normal Dragon Quest game, however, which has lots and lots of dialogue, this would be much easier, so I suppose there is always a chance.
