Japan's One Piece: Super Grand Battle! X Getting Amiibo Support
One Piece: Super Grand Battle! X released on Japan about a month ago, and will be updated with amiibo support soon.
An ad for the update appeared in the Japanese manga magazine Shonen Jump featuring characters Luffy in Mario and Luigi outfits, and Sanji and Zoro in Fox and Link outfits respectively. The amiibos will be used to unlock those costumes in the game. There's no word on if the game will be making its way to North America.

I'm happy to see more third-party publishers taking advantage of the amiibos. I really like that the figures have cross-game support, even if it is small touches like this.
