PlayStation 4 System Software Update Version 2.03 Coming Tonight

The update, arriving tonight, will help improve usage of some applications.

Not much else is known about the update outside of that small detail, which was offered in a recent PlayStation tweet.

The update to version 2.0 caused problems for many PlayStation 4 users, including unresponsive systems and errors connecting to YouTube. The issues were not universal, through Sony did acknowledge them and said it was looking into the issues at the time.

Our Take
I was lucky enough to avoid issues with the most recent update, but many editors in our office had problems after updating their console. Hopefully this update, which should be going out soon, will repair any lingering problems.
