[Trailer Added] Starcraft II: Legacy Of The Void To Feature A Two-Player Cooperative Mode

by Mike Futter on Nov 07, 2014 at 07:49 AM

Starcraft II’s third and final segment featuring the Protoss will bring something new to the franchise. Legacy of the Void will bring a two-player cooperative mode to the series for the first time.

According to an image taken by James Blocksom, Archon mode will put two players in control over one base. You'll probably want to be on microphone with your teammate so you successfully coordinate efforts. Additionally, a Twitter user by the name of Phil Bertino is revealing details about changes to units in the conclusion to the trilogy.

Additionally, there are new units, including the return of the Lurker. Players will also have access to an Arc Ship hovering overing the battle, able to call down massive attacks on enemies. We'll have more from Blizzcon.
