Magic 2015 Enchants Xbox One Today

Magic 2015 (also known as Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2015) is now out on Xbox One. This version of the decades-old collectible card game is designed as an entry point for new players, with puzzles and a campaign for franchise veterans.

This year’s entry adds full deck-building to the mix. This feature has been a regular request from players, and this year’s edition of the game allows players to buy packs via in-app purchase to do so.

Our Take
I used to have a group of friends with which I played Magic multiple times each week. After moving away, Duels of the Planeswalkers is how I get my fix. It’s a perfectly competent way to enjoy the game if you don’t have a group to trash talk with across the table.
