Shadowrun: Dragonfall – Director’s Cut Is Out Now

by Ben Reeves on Sep 19, 2014 at 02:23 PM

There is a wealth of great games coming down the pipe for the holidays, but if you love strategy or classic pen-and-paper style RPGs then you don't want to let the director’s cut of Harebrained Schemes’ excellent Shadowrun: Dragonfall pass you by. A host of improvements and new content await those who've already played the game.

Shadowrun: Dragonfall – Directors Cut released on September 18, but it would be easy to pass this one by, but fans of the series probably won’t want to let it. Those who download Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director’s Cut will get a host of new improvement, including five new missions, alternate endings, new music, a redesigned interface, team customization options, and a revamped combat system.

Sounds like a pretty good deal, especially considering that the Director’s Cut is free to existing owners of the Dragonfall expansion for Shadowrun Returns, and only $14.99 for newcomers. Check out our review of the original release here, and the trailer below.
