New Releases This Week: September 7 - 13

We might as well call this week's "New Releases" the "Destiny Edition," because there's not much else coming out. With most publishers giving Activision and Bungie a wide berth, you've got another week to catch up on your backlog, play hockey, or (like we expect many people to do) take off into the future to save the solar system from the Darkness.

Activision announced this morning that Destiny is the most pre-ordered new game property in history. That's an important step to Bobby Kotick delivering on his promise to investors that the title will be the best selling new game IP of all time. If your tastes take you in a different direction, here's what you can look forward to this week:

Hack 'n' Slash (PC) - September 9
NHL 15 (Xbox One, PS4, 360, PS3) - September 9
Teslagrad (Wii U) - September 11
Fable Anniversary (PC) - September 12
