Here’s What’s Included In The Destiny Day One Patch
Destiny is out tomorrow (though if you have an early retail copy, the servers are live right now). Bungie has made some tweaks since the game was pressed, and the studio is rolling out a patch to make sure you’ve got the most up-to-date experience.
Included in the lengthy patch notes, Bungie says it has reconfigured the unlock order for sub-class skill trees, tweaked class abilities, and implemented a number of weapon changes. Each of the classes and all of the weapon types have been massaged a bit.
You can read the run-down (which you may not fully understand until you actually play the full game) on Bungie’s website. Destiny is out tomorrow on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. For more, check out our Test Chamber of the game’s early moments.

Our Take
Bungie did a whole lot of balancing recently, and if it makes for a better experience, I’m glad for it. One of the advantages of this being an online game is that anyone playing will get the patch for the optimal experience.
