Mojang's Minecon Returning In 2015
While Mojang admits it would like to make Minecon an annual show, it won't be able to give it the attention it deserves this year, so it will be back in 2015.
Minecon is a now semi-annual show where Mincraft fans gather to celebrate the game. In the past it has been held in places like Las Vegas (2011) and Disneyland Paris (2012). Though it won't be happening this year, Mojang says that it will be returning in 2015 and will likely take place in London.
Our Take
This is certainly disappointing for Minecraft fans who wanted to attend a Minecon this year, but much like a delayed video game, it will be benefit from having more time. It will be worth the wait in 2015.
